Sapien S3 in Evolut: Navigating the NeoSkirt

This is a case presentation involving a recently placed Evolut Corevalve presenting with acute aortic regurgitation due to a flail leaflet. He presented in cardiogenic shock and required urgent valve in valve transcatheter aortic valve replacement. This case presentation will walk through procedural planning for a Sapein 3 valve in valve TAVR to navigate coronary obstruction risk with the neoskirt using multimodality imaging.
