Treating a non-structural valve degeneration of a intra-annular THV with redoTAVI

This is a case of severe symptomatic para-valvular regurgitation (PVL) caused by the deep implantation of an intra-annular tall-frame transcatheter heart valve (THV). The patient was subsequently treated with a THV-in-THV procedure, involving the implantation of a second short-frame device inside the first. This case is particularly notable due to the unconventional deep positioning of the initial valve, which significantly influenced the approach to the THV-in-THV procedure.
