A 71-year-old patient with a history of SAVR and Valve-in-Valve TAVI has developed a significant transcatheter heart valve dysfunction, requiring a redo Valve-in-Valve TAVI. In this chapter, we describe a successful implantation of the third bioprosthetic valve into the aortic position, without performing a surgical explantation. This case presents an example of a patient, who has outlived two bioprostheses. Currently, we observe a shift towards performing TAVI in younger patients with longer life expectancy, therefore it is crucial to plan lifetime management before the first valvular intervention.
