A case of TAVR-TAVR (short-in-tall)

A 79-year-old woman with hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation (on anticoagulants), obesity, and prior cardiac/stenting history presented with acute heart failure due to severe aortic stenosis and multivessel coronary disease. She underwent transfemoral transcatheter aortic valve replacement with a 25 mm prosthesis.
