Evolute PRO plus to treat early SVD of a small Edwards Sapien 3 Ultra THV

An 86 year old lady with chronic coronary syndrome, previous CABG, several PCIs, severe aortic stenosis and small native valve annulus was treated with a Sapien 3 Ultra 20 mm transcatheter heart valve. Unfortunately, severe structural valve degeneration occurred after only 3 years. Because of the small prosthesis size, we decided to implant a supra-annular self-expandable THV.
