Sapien 3 in Accurate Neo for SVD

This is the case of a 94-year-old female patient with severe aortic stenosis and a history of TAVR in 2015 (Accurate Neo). Due to valve degeneration, a second TAVR was planned with Sapien 3 Ultra. Pre-procedural assessments, including echocardiography and CT, were conducted to evaluate risks and guide the procedure. The valve-in-valve procedure was successfully performed, reducing the LV-aortic gradient from 35 to 9 mmHg. Post-procedure, the patient showed significant improvement and was discharged with NYHA I status. One-year follow-up revealed stable outcomes with a mean gradient of 12 mmHg and preserved LVEF.
